Sliced Black Forest ham, sliced salami and sliced mortadella are piled on an Macrina Bakery sandwich roll with garlic oil, provolone cheese and our house made olive relish. Served with a side of pickled pepper potato salad.

3. POLO’S RANCHERO STEAK SALAD
Flank steak is marinated in pineapple juice, soy sauce, chipotle peppers and garlic then grilled and served over grilled radicchio and romaine lettuce tossed in our house made spicy ranch dressing with cucumber, radish, garbanzo beans, diced tomato and avocado topped with cotija cheese.

4. GREEK PRAWN FETTUCCINE
Marinated jumbo gulf prawns are sautéed and tossed with artichoke hearts, cherry tomatoes, kalamata olives, house made grape leaf pesto and fresh fettuccine noodles, deglazed with white wine and finished with butter, topped with feta cheese and served with garlic bread.

Wild organic greens are tossed in our house made blood orange-grilled serrano chile vinaigrette with sliced granny smith apples, red onion, house candied walnuts, dried cranberries and topped with crumbled Danish blue cheese crumbles.
Creamy French goat cheese rolled in olive oil and bread crumbs, then baked in the oven and placed on a blend of fresh mixed greens all tossed with roasted pecans, sliced red onions, house made herbed croutons and our sun-dried tomato balsamic vinaigrette.
Blended black beans, corn, roasted cumin and amcho chiles, hand formed into patties, pan seared and placed on warm pita bread with mayonnaise, monterey jack cheese, red onion and lettuce. Topped with our fresh sweet three pepper salsa served with choice of side.

Fresh Casciuoppo Brother’s lean ground beef is flame broiled then served on warmed Essential Bakery baguette with mayo, stout mustard and topped with sautéed bell peppers and onions with your choice of cheese. ( Cheddar, Jack, Swiss, Mozzarella or Bleu Cheese) Served with choice of sides.
Fresh salmon filet is coated in our spicy Cajun pepper and herb mix then blackened in a hot skillet and baked in the oven. Served on organic baguette with dijon mayo, tomatoes and lettuce. Served with side choice of sides.
Boar’s Head lean corned beef is braised in hard cider, sliced and piled high on rye bread with our freshly made red pickled cabbage, melted swiss cheese and house made thousand island dressing then grilled till golden brown. Served with choice of Tim’s chips, house pasta salad, cup of soup or gumbo, side green salad.
